Help Beautify Momence's Island Park Walk Bridge!

Momence’s unique “blooming walk bridge” has become a source of county-wide pride and renown. Once again, local individuals, families, businesses and organizations are invited to sponsor hanging flower baskets on the Island Park walk bridge. With your generous sponsorship, Main Street Momence and the Momence Park District can continue to beautify this all-important gateway. Flower baskets will be displayed beginning on Saturday, May 16 as a part of Downtown Beautification Day efforts.

Keep in mind that baskets may be purchased in honor of a loved one, military service member or your business. To show our appreciation for your contribution, we will display your name on the basket, as well as the name of your honoree or business.

To reserve your basket at the early bird price of $30, please submit the sponsor name/business, address, phone and # of baskets requested by April 24. After that date, the price per basket will increase to $40. Please also let us know if the basket is being sponsored in an individual's name. Mail payment to: Main Street Momence, P.O. Box 101, Momence, IL 60954. Call the Main Street Momence office at 815/472-3861 for more info.
